Business Development Manager
Location: Kl, Penang, Johor
Salary : Up To RM13,000.00
Summary Client
My client is a global content delivery network provider with a branch office in KL.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business directly from customers in respective territories for building robust sales pipelines.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned vertical market, seek additional revenue opportunities through up-selling and renewals.
- Accountable for owning all aspects of the sales cycle, whilst consistently generating pipeline to meet and/or exceed quota.
- Create and maintain some major customer deliverable (proposals, statements of work, etc.).
- Interact and follow-up with post-sales support team to ensure better customer service and support experience.
- Understand the value proposition of our CDN and cloud security solutions and more productively, communicating all offerings to key decision makers.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any equivalent disciplines
- At least 2 years’ relevant sales experience in IT Solutions/Cloud Services or any digital services environment
- Possess a strong business acumen, ability to drive business development activities
- Experience in channel management will be an added value
- Good command in Mandarin language (written & verbal)
- Good stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate effectively with C-suites or key business decision makers
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in CRM platform, computer skills
- Knowledge in Content Delivery Networks / IT & Cloud Infrastructure / Cyber Security will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with domestic / international travel within ASEAN region
