- Handle planning, organizing and implementation of promotional activities, sales launches and advertisements accordingly.
- Monitor and prepare all media related advertisements, distribution leaflets and marketing tools prior to the launching activities.
- Liaise and coordinate accordingly with event agencies, vendor partners and contractors to ensure the whole process run smoothly.
- Collaborate and coordinate with tenants on events and activities.
- Manage inquires of promotion venue or media spaces and handle the preparation of relevant documents appropriately.
- Responsible to monitor and manage social media and website.
- Responsible to conduct market research and construct competitors’ analysis, compile all the necessary information and data into reports.
- Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure the acquirement of successful growth and sales target achievement respectively.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in relevant field or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in marketing, managing events and promotional activities.
- Well versed in handling social media platforms. Knowledge on rules and regulations of property industry advert.
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Resourceful and proactive candidate with creative thinking would be advantageous.
