- Lead sales team towards achieving the company’s sales strategy and revenue goals.
- Map out strategies to build corporate client acquisition and actively engage in promoting our brand.
- Engage in cross-selling opportunities and manage the value-added services to key clients.
- Monitor current market shifts or trends and gather competitor intelligence.
- Observe and evaluate work performance of staff, provides instruction, and assigns duties.
- Work along with Marketing to provide innovative solutions to the clientele.
- Provide feedback or suggestion to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Candidate must have Corporate / B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record in sales achievement.
- Experienced in driving sales team, sales management, key account management, etc.
- Possess good market sentiments and business acumen.
