Sales Manager (Medical)
Summary of Client: Our client has the proficiency and access to a multitude of global avenues via their extensive network to fulfil the special medicine requirements of hospitals and pharmacists. They are reputable for their own range of medical nutrition and niche pharmaceutical. Your role as a Sales Manager is to design and implement long-term strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Designing and implementing a short- and long-term strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Developing & improving sales team work-related skills & knowledge (selling skills, product knowledge& etc) to enhance team productivity.
• Managing sales expenses for ROI in CMEs, booth participation, sponsorship & optimizing sales coverage.
• Working closely with marketing department in implementing sales & marketing strategies to achieve objectives.
• Ensure sales team adhere to company requirements regarding reporting datelines and market feedback.
• Provide company with suggestion and recommendation to further improve it’s competitiveness and productivity.
• Degree/Bachelor’s in Science would be an added advantage, however candidates with other discipline or Diploma holder with related experience will also be considered.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently & goal driven.
• Possess a car & valid driving license, willing to travel.
