Sales Manager (Ortho)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies and set targets for individual BCA and team as a whole
  • Maintain and increase sales of the company’s products
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Establish, maintain, and expand customer base
  • Take charge in recruiting and team’s performance management
  • Ensure the team is competent and well equipped with knowledge and skills needed for effective work performance
  • Compile and analyze sales figures
  • Collect customer feedback and conduct market research
  • Keep abreast with the products and market shifts, in addition to competitor’s information
  • Liaise with account department to avoid undesirable credit collection
  • Oversee team’s consignment management to ensure optimization within allocated budget

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in leading a sales team & performance management
  • Working experience in medical sales (pharma/medical device), hospitals or specialists
  • Good sales track record
  • Good command of English and Malay; Mandarin is advantage
  • Able to travel, possess valid driving license and own transport
  • Self-driven, resourceful, willing to learn
