Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and set targets for individual BCA and team as a whole
- Maintain and increase sales of the company’s products
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
- Establish, maintain, and expand customer base
- Take charge in recruiting and team’s performance management
- Ensure the team is competent and well equipped with knowledge and skills needed for effective work performance
- Compile and analyze sales figures
- Collect customer feedback and conduct market research
- Keep abreast with the products and market shifts, in addition to competitor’s information
- Liaise with account department to avoid undesirable credit collection
- Oversee team’s consignment management to ensure optimization within allocated budget
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in leading a sales team & performance management
- Working experience in medical sales (pharma/medical device), hospitals or specialists
- Good sales track record
- Good command of English and Malay; Mandarin is advantage
- Able to travel, possess valid driving license and own transport
- Self-driven, resourceful, willing to learn
