Position level: Entry Level – Junior Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and find new client contacts and build prospect lists
- Qualify Search Assignments and establish expectations and process
- Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Research into clients company
- Build long-term client relationships
- Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs. Develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needs
- Define job description and document specifications
- Source and interview potential candidates through various resources (applicants, Monster, LinkedIn, our internal database)
- Qualify and match candidates to client searches using a variety of channels
- Manage clients and candidates through all stages of the interview/hiring process by adhering to company best practices
- Present shortlisted candidate with the detailed candidate profile summaries.
- Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
- Attend networking events, associations and other groups helpful to practice area/business development.
- Consistent prospecting/business development plan via phone calls, emails and in person meetings
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings
- Attend training/learning development meetings
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least an advanced diploma/bachelor degree in Business/HR/Social Sciences/Any relevant disciplines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, sales and social media experience, ability to negotiate
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Good time-management skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Goal oriented and an achiever, with examples of success in life
- Great listening skills and ask good questions. You can think on your feet!
- Results focused, high drive and the ability to make decisions without direction
- Highly motivated, smart, tenacious and a team player
- Internship and Full-time position avaialble
