Market Research Analyst

Position level: Senior

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute market research activities, measure customer satisfaction, conduct customer data analysis, review and identifying trends to provide insights and recommendations for business review.
  • Lead CRM through analytical skills, devising actionable strategies from insights gathered and optimized all information generated to support business needs.
  • Lead customers activation & retention program by implementing specific marketing strategies.
  • Interact with key business functions as part of research and analysis of customer data.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and execution of research projects.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution and tracking metrics of marketing campaigns in alignment with marketing priorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Solid expertise in campaign execution, analysis and reporting.
  • Experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative & quantitative research.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and putting together data from multiple resources.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in both written and oral English.
