Human Resource Executive

Position Level: Executive level

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, OT calculation and monthly payroll reports.
  • Prepare monthly submission and payment of EPF, SOCSO, PCB and other salary deduction payments to regulatory bodies before due dates.
  • Generate and distribute staff payslip.
  • Checking on staff monthly attendance report and ensure all leave is applied in the system.
  • Checking on staff claims.
  • Update for monthly insurance addition/ deletion, claims management & submission.
  • Follow up on employees’ confirmation, contract renewal and expiry.
  • Prepare HR-related documents including letters and memos.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess strong knowledge in Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
