Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing activities plan to support network.
- Maintain strong relationship / rapport with network leader and distributors.
- Responsible for organizing, planning and execution of events, meetings, training and other activities.
- Responsible to plan, execute strategies effectively for the distributor training program.
- Providing latest market intelligence and business analysis for business development and improvement.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and offline strategy to increase brand awareness. - Collaborate with the Director to establish sales goals and discuss marketing strategies.
- Compile, analyze and present sales reports and suggest areas for improvement in overall sales strategies and performance.
- Partner with distributors to align goals with company strategies in meeting revenue targets.
- Continuous relationship building with members / distributors with the ability to motivate and encourage positive progression.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Direct Selling (MLM) industry (Healthcare, Skincare, Supplements).
- Min 3-5 years similar position.
- Extensive knowledge in direct selling business (MLM).
- Able to communicate and write in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (Dealing with Malay and Mandarin leaders).
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur (nearby Mid Valley area).
