Customer Service – Order & Reception

Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

Industry: Skincare & Wellness

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services including attending to and resolving customers’ enquiries.
  • Order processing.
  • Reports generation.
  • Any other tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any discipline
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of English, both written and oral
  • Experience in Customer Service is an added advantage

Work hours: 12.00pm – 9.00pm (5-days week between Monday to Saturday)

Pays from RM2,000 onwards
