Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer services including attending to and resolving customers’ enquiries.
- Order processing.
- Reports generation.
- Any other tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any discipline
- Computer literate
- Good command of English, both written and oral
- Experience in Customer Service is an added advantage
Work hours: 12.00pm – 9.00pm (5-days week between Monday to Saturday)
Pays from RM2,000 onwards
