Account & Admin Executive

Location: PJS, Bandar Sunway

Client brief: the client is a distributor of a Solar Control Coating product for automotive & industrial use.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full set of accounting duties for the company and its subsidiaries
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
  • Process bank deposits
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Prepare, send and store invoices
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  • Submit tax forms
  • Identify and address discrepancies
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

Requirements:

  • Candidate should posses at least a certificate in accounting/CAT/LCCI or any equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection procedures
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
