Service Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and creatively develop service sales solutions.
  • Responsible to add value to the organization by creating competitive service business advantage through building a strong relationships with all accounts stakeholders.
  • Analyze and monitor data and trends, and derive effective service business proposals.
  • Responsible to meet and exceed fiscal year service business target, individually and as a team.
  • Manage and execute service sales project initiations or any ad-hoc project roll out.
  • Respond to internal/external customer requests, promote Service Product Offering and build partnerships/affiliates.
  • Drive and prepare all relevant quotations/proposal for the internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle internal (internal equipment sales team) and external (Customer & Principal) negotiations on service sales related matters.
  • Responsible in retaining/upselling maintenance agreement for all installed bases and increasing spare parts sales.
  • Actively monitor, track, and pursue business wins and purchase orders for breakdown repairs/spare parts.
  • Efficiently coordinate with Service Operation Team to speed up billing processes.
  • Perform service sales forecast and review with internal team and Principal.
  • Team player with potential to be a single contributor and/or to lead a team.
  • Produce service sales collaterals and conduct internal service sales training to increase competency of engineers and branch network sales team to drive the service business
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), or equivalent.
  • Sales or Marketing experience, preferably in the Healthcare/Service industry.
  • Technical skills are not required but would be an advantage.
  • Proactive and positive attitude individual, with a creative mindset in service product development and service business offerings.
  • Good in data analysis to monitor trends, ability to initiate and create practical sales plans and execute effectively.
  • Fluent in English with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Independent and able to work as a team.
  • Relentless and good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present and communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to travel when required.
  • Possess own transport.
