Location : Petaling Jaya
Salary up to : RM 8,000.00
Responsibility:
- Responsible for managing and organizing the entire processes and operations related to Group Affinity.
- To assist Manager to always ensure the efficiency of Group Affinity business processes.
- To ensure department and management reports are accurate and timely.
- Review, investigate and identified data and application issues or enhancement related to core system/non-core system and working with other department and vendors to resolve it.
- Attending meetings and ensure user acceptance test (UAT) are executed accordingly.
- Assist to review and update procedure manuals, SLA, and other manual by compiling all statutory and regulatory requirement imposed by BNM and any other related regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferable candidate from Life Insurance background.
- Candidate must be good in Excel.
