Sales Support Assistant Manager (Group Affinity)

Location : Petaling Jaya

Salary up to : RM 8,000.00

Responsibility:

Responsible for managing and organizing the entire processes and operations related to Group Affinity.
To assist Manager to always ensure the efficiency of Group Affinity business processes.
To ensure department and management reports are accurate and timely.
Review, investigate and identified data and application issues or enhancement related to core system/non-core system and working with other department and vendors to resolve it.
Attending meetings and ensure user acceptance test (UAT) are executed accordingly.
Assist to review and update procedure manuals, SLA, and other manual by compiling all statutory and regulatory requirement imposed by BNM and any other related regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferable candidate from Life Insurance background.
Candidate must be good in Excel.
