Senior Executive ( Digital Support )

Location : Petaling Jaya

Salary up to RM8,000.00

Responsibility:

Provide technical advice and solution on digital initiative projects and enhancements for digital platforms in system integrations, functionality and technical solutions
Work with stakeholders to ensure technology enhancements and automation lead to outcomes in line with business goals.
Provide support during digital project / initiative deployment.
To assist superior, introduce potential technological platforms to improve client experience and user satisfaction.
To assist superior, work with stakeholders to ensure technology enhancements and automation lead to outcomes in line with business goals.
To advice user on ways to improve productivity and operational efficiency through digital platform
To assist superior, develop plans and strategies to support company’s goals in digitalization.
Contributes to the development of IT enterprise architecture, standards, and practices by maintaining understanding of current and future technology developments.
To prepare management reports.
Contract Management.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Minimum 3 years’ experience operation of the applications developed in Java Script, .Net, PHP and Web based tools.
Good knowledge in digitalization.
Good understanding on SDLC.
Knowledge and experience in Agile development or DevOps is preferred.
Knowledge in content management system, Databases such MSSQL and Oracle.
Broad knowledge of latest application technologies.
Ability to understand business strategies, market & industry trends, legislative constraints with ability to apply appropriate application solutions.
Ability to design and implement complex business process and/or technical solution.
Knowledge in IOS, Android and smart phones applications.
