Procurement Executive (Pharma)

Job Description & Responsibility:

To assist Procurement Manager to forecast, plan, follow up, liaise and procurement of various range of products.
To take care of distribution and logistic matters related to the procurement.
To ensure the compliance to Good Distribution Practice.

Procurement:

To forecast, plan, coordinate and procure pharmaceuticals to meet the inventory requirements for regular and ad-hoc orders.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standard, lead time, prompt delivery and best prices.
Responsible for the continues improvement of procurement processes
Maintain good relationship with suppliers and service providers.

Distribution and delivery:

Logistic:

Manage of inbound logistic providers.
Coordinate and liaise with Custom officers/logistic service providers on clearance matters.

Legislation and System related:

Others:

Willingness to multi-tasking and accept work that company may assign when necessary.

Requirements:

Degree in Supply Chain or Procurement related field. Preferably Executive specializing in logistics and supply chain/procurement with minimum 1 year working experience in related field. Fresh graduate with interest or related educational background are welcomed to apply.
Computer skills including the ability to operate Word and Excel and email at a highly proficient level.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Effective written and communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Able to plan and work independently.
Experience in procurement of pharmaceuticals will be an advantage.
