Summaries of responsibilities:

1. Review & compile previous season sell thru.
2. Research & plan for new season collection.
3. Prepare Sample Sheets according to the Mapping planned, for supplier/factory.
4. Distribute the season design’s Sample Sheets for sampling by factories.
5. Compile total designs for the season.
6. Prepare the TFK for approval by CEO.
7. Prepare all samples for viewing & approval by CEO.
8. Fit all samples to ensure cuttings & sizing are correct.
9. Review the samples from factories & comments for re-sampling.
10. Complete all designs & order for the season.
11. Costs negotiation & send for approval by CEO.
12. Monitor & ensure on time deliveries of all designs for the season launching.
13. QC when shipment arrived.

Skills and competency requirements:

1. Flat drawing
2. Computer skill, eg.
   • Adobe Illustrator,
   • Microsoft Excel.
   • Microsoft Word.
3. Needs to be Chinese literate, able to read & write & communicate in Chinese.
4. Must be a team player & always in learning culture.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Diploma in Fashion Design.
2. Minimum 4-5 years of related direct experience.
