Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for sourcing cost rates and service negotiation with suppliers/carriers.
2. Responsible in quoting for overseas agents especially bidding/project enquiries.
3. Prepare and deliver the flyers on the services biweekly.
4. Responsible to communicate with overseas agents promptly. / Responsible to initiate calls with overseas agents promptly.
5. Participate in the conference meetings on behalf of the company.
6. Support sales team to develop strong client relationship and account retention.
7. Assist in new sales leading to secure the business.

Job requirements

1. Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Candidate with experience in freight forwarding/logistics/shipping industry is preferred.
3. Good negotiation skills, understandable and relate to people at all levels.
4. Able to manage time and response quickly to a given task.
5. Must have good verbal and written communication skills to deal with people in various levels.
6. Organized and possess strong analytical skills.
7. Strong leadership skills and motivation skills.
