Sale support executive 

Job responsibilities

  1. Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
  2. Assist in documentation and handle incoming calls from the clients.
  3. Responsible to provide sale support to sales team.
  4. Maintain good safe keeping of important documents and ensure confidentiality.
  5. Able to collaborate with other department when necessary.
  6. Maintain effective and professional relationship with existing and potential customers.
  7. Participate in sales enquiries, price quotation, sales order and etc.
  8. Undertake special assignments and related duties.

Job requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM/ A LEVEL/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma in any related field.
  2. Minimum 1 years of working experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
  3. Good written and verbal communication in English.
  4. Good interpersonal skills
  5. Must have basic Microsoft office skills.
  6. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
