Job responsibilities
- Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
- Assist in documentation and handle incoming calls from the clients.
- Responsible to provide sale support to sales team.
- Maintain good safe keeping of important documents and ensure confidentiality.
- Able to collaborate with other department when necessary.
- Maintain effective and professional relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Participate in sales enquiries, price quotation, sales order and etc.
- Undertake special assignments and related duties.
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM/ A LEVEL/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma in any related field.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must have basic Microsoft office skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
