Project Manager (waterworks)

Job Description:

To manage and oversee multiple specialist water works projects  – Water Pipes, Reservoirs, tanks etc.

  1. Manage Supervisors On Site
    a) Ensure they report daily reports progress%  updated online
    b) Ensure the Subcons, labours and materials sufficiency  (10days look ahead)
    c)Ensure daily site management of consumables & mats are sufficient (diesel, timbers, rebars, concrete – reservoir tanks…   Pipes, fittings, sand ,crusher for pipeworks)
    d) Ensure MR (material requisitions for materials ) are done 10days ahead
  2. Liase with project consultant/client representatives for work coordination and execution. Weekly/Forthnightly reporting to projects (Clients and Internal meetings). To ensure weekly coordination progress meetings, reports, site diary, reports are prepared/ready.
  3. a) Coordinate & manage supervisor/assistants to ensure daily RFI & pipe logs are prepared and submitted to COW & contracts for verification
    b) Coordinate with contracts department for initial post contract taking off materials to pre-order bulk for projects (Rebars, Concrete, pipes, fittings, etc)
  4. Verifications Subcon claims and preparations on kong cards (if any) to b verified daily by Contracts department online
