Responsibilities:
- Actively keep an eye on and do research on the commercial endeavors, pursuits, and conduct of the member network, including online pursuits and Taiwanese sales platforms.
- Handle inbound compliance emails, inquiries, and Taiwan-based reports and allegations of policy violations.
- Examine complaints of violations and problematic circumstances, gathering all pertinent information and facts for examination.
- Make use of the resources at your disposal to identify policy infractions and the appropriate course of action.
- Create, maintain, send, and store internal compliance paperwork, including compliance notices and letters.
- Assist Sales, Customer Service, and other divisions in resolving questions or problems relating to compliance.
- Provide members with training on how to market the company’s products and business opportunity in a legal manner.
- Examine, create, revise, and keep up with disclaimers for various goods and software that will be utilized in materials.
- For use in materials and communications, review, design, revise, and manage disclaimers for various products and program.
- Create draughts of correspondence as needed, especially for delicate or crucial compliance circumstances.
- Check documents, films, and conversations for errors, false assertions, or other troubling content.
- Uphold legal compliance for the tools and marketing/sales materials utilized by members.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience in the relevant business. Experience in compliance is preferred.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on compliance terminology, as well as fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and research skills.
- The capacity to collaborate and perform well across all areas.
- A proactive self-starter.
- Thorough familiarity with legal requirements, corporate rules, and moral business conduct.
- Skilled at handling and keeping confidentiality.
- Skilled at using social media and internet resources to gather information for investigations and research.
