Operations Manager/Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • To responsible overall project planning, strategies, executions and analysing job efficiency.
  • Manage, control and monitor including scheduling, inventory/materials planning,
    equipment efficiency, monitoring and manpower planning.
  • Provide adequate training plan to staff / contract workers & ensure training is properly evaluated.
  • Planning on daily FS worker tasks
  • Handling on company equipment, products, facilities, consumables arrangement and maintanace.
  • Plan and monitor for every site petty cash, project claim
  • Prepare cost analysis for each job before and after
  • Ensure workers carry out with quality job
  • Ensure all projects / job comes with pictures from all process, complete the job completion report
  • Provide training on new workers with training program and their Job discription
  • Carry our job inspection, testing, reporting, documented
  • Provide solution for technical problem on technical problem
  • Communicate with the customer, sub-contractor , suppliers with regards to technical issue.
  • Technical support for material testing.
  • Perform any other expressed or implied duties as and when required by the superior.
  • conduct technical meeting as per requirement to ensure the progress
  • Enhance good management practices by doing weekly employee coaching, provide
    constructive performance feedback through proper record system.
  • Present to general manager reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Implement & manage change when necessary to meet company mission.
  • Ensure company policies & legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down
    in the company & that are followed at all times
  • Perform any other expressed or implied duties as and when required by the superior.

Requirements

  • Able to operate Power Point, Microsoft Excel and Words
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as project and operation planning in similar industry.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Strong leadership, high analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Language proficiency : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
