Responsibilities
- To responsible for overseeing all administrative functions.
- To perform assigned duties and responsibilities by managing director.
- Responsible for new business development
- To ensure development and implementation of department KPI
- To organizes regular staff meetings and builds environment in which employees
- willingly produce maximum work.
- To plans and assigns work to subordinates and monitors them time to time.
- Monitor staff performance including performance reviews.
- Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency.
- Perform any other expressed or implied duties as and when required by the superior.
- To develop new potential client, sub contractor and working parties
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in oil & gas, petrochemical industries.
- Degree in management or 5 years working experience in managerial role.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Strong leadership, high analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Language proficiency: English and BM.
