Position Level : Manager – Senior Manager
Location : Remote working
Remuneration : This role pays up to RM11,000 + KPI Incentives

About your role:
- Championing the business & overall strategic direction of the business in Malaysia
- Leading the team in achieving the agreed service level of the client accounts
- Managing all accounts-related matters as the primary liaison including service requests, feedback, progression reporting
- Driving the company’s profitability and growth of all new and existing businesses
- Establishing strong business relationships with medical associations and key opinion leaders in the medical field
- Develop and organize CME programs
- Seamless implementation of campaigns and programs through effective agency processes
- Driving strategies to deliver best-in-market services & best practices.
Criteria to meet:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of Client Account Servicing experience in an agency environment. Prior experience in healthcare communications will be an added advantage
- Independent, proactive, dedicated, responsible, and passionate about healthcare
- Proven records of excellent client servicing records, both in the business relationship and account servicing
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal & written English. Proficiency in a second Asian language will be an added advantage
