About our client:
Our client is one of the leading Life Insurance & Investment company in Malaysia. As part of an international financial services group, the client offers a range of life insurance products in Malaysia including endowment plans, investment-linked plans, term life plans, and medical plans.
About your new employer:
- Support the company in achieving sales targets.
- Implement approved business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Focus on Life and I-Link Business FYP and RYP targets.
- Develop high-quality manpower in the tied Agency Channel.
- Measure productivity, persistency, average case size, retention, and after-sales service quality.
- Conduct training and seminars related to Agency activities.
- Undertake marketing activities to open new markets for Life and I-Link business.
- Evaluate and recommend promotions and demotions within the Agency Force.
- Provide coaching and counselling to the Agency Force for quality after-sales service.
- Ensure branch staff adhere to company guidelines, delivery standards, compliance, and best practices.
Your New Roles & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized university / college
- Working experience in insurance industry is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and sales oriented
- Positive minded, dynamic and with right attitude
- Resourceful, with strong interpersonal skill.
- Able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be prepared to travel outstation as and when required.
- Candidate must be able to converse in Tamil.
