Position Level: Assistant Manager

About your role:
- Provide expert guidance and support to business end-users on application, process automation and optimizing operational efficiency
- Serve as a business analyst to identify and define business requisites, while devising remedies within the company’s business systems to drive process automation
- Manage & provide user support on Esker/CODA: Invoice Processing, User ID management, Interface file management
- Involve and assist in system implementation: EDMS, Esker
- Assist in the regular application upgrade (CODA/Esker)
- Maintain MDM tool
- Troubleshoot crystal report issues
- Maintain CODA Agresso report. Update reporting according to user’s requirement
- Create, maintain, and monitor Integrity Scheduler
- Work closely with multiple channels including vendors to resolve system related matters
- Create project documentations (system FAQ, user manual etc.)
Criteria to meet:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or any equivalent discipline
- Has at least 3 years’ working experience in IT Application support field
- Well-versed in finance/ERP application
- Skills needed: SQL Server query, batch job, task scheduler, Crystal Report, System Analysis, System Design, Analysis & Reporting
