Order Fulfilment Specialist

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary Range up to: RM 3K- RM4k

Job Summary

The Order Fulfilment Specialist carries out daily operations in the warehouse, including but not limited to order fulfilment, item packing, delivery arrangements, shipping and receiving records management, inventory monitoring

About your role:

Process, pack and prepare orders of distributors/customers.
Ensure that stocks are labelled, well-arranged, organized in the warehouse.
Handle returned products and examine products to determine the condition they were
received in.
Responsible for shipping/dispatch of orders with accurate information in a timely manner.
Update shipping records in the tracking system.
Handle shipping documentation.
Liaise with courier partners for shipping and delivery concerns.
Ensure that all damaged products including packing materials are reported promptly, to be added to the Material Review Board (MRB) Report.
Perform monthly stock count and update the global team.
Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are met in the warehouse for shipping and receiving orders.
Ensure compliance to warehouse and distribution standards and procedures.

Criteria to meet:

Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience.
Good understanding of the MLM industry operations.
Experience in inventory forecasting and management.
Attention to detail, responsible, independent, a self-starter with high sense of urgency.
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
Good team player
Able to work on an ad-hoc basis to fulfill orders during peak seasons.
Proficient in computer skills with intermediate knowledge using Microsoft Office tools.
Support corporate online and offline events.
