Salary Range : MYR 4,000 – MYR 6,000

Job Highlights

Cultivating solid relationships with major customers/key accounts to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
Conducting in-depth research on competitor’s products, pricing and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made performance evaluations.
Understanding company products well and promoting to all designer, architect and contractors.
Proficient in both communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of instructional design and possesses a firm grasp of architectural concepts.
Seeking to establish regular meetings with a Interior Designer, Architect, and ID Consultant for collaborative project discussions and idea exchanges.
Proficiency in both English and local languages is required for effective communication and seamless interaction with diverse stakeholders.

Criteria To Meet:

Candidate must have their own transportation and be willing to travel as required.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory for all candidates.
Adaptable and at ease in various environments, including construction sites and other locations.
Confident and proficient in delivering presentations and sales pitches with ease and effectiveness.
Exhibits a thorough understanding of the interior design and construction industry.
Adept at engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ranging from installers and architects/designers to building owners.
Highly self-motivated, driven, and hardworking individual with a strong focus on achieving results.
Displays a strong zest for learning and thrives in high-pressure work environments.
