Business Development Senior Manager (Marketing Services – Healthcare)
Position Level : Manager – Senior Manager
Location : Remote working
Salary : RM9,000 – RM14,000 (Basic Salary)

Our client is one of the largest medical journalism, publication, and communication company in the world with over 30 years of excellence in facilitating state-of-art research & findings in the clinical practices.
About your role:
- Client account acquisition & servicing
- Championing the business & overall strategic direction of business in Malaysia
- Leading the team in achieving the agreed service level of the client accounts
- Managing all accounts related matters as the main liaison including service requests, feedbacks, progression reporting
- Driving the company’s profitability and growth of all new and existing businesses
- Establishing strong business relationship with the medical associations and key opinion leaders in the medical field
- Develop and organize CME programs
- Seamless implementation of campaigns and programs through effective agency processes
- Driving strategies to deliver best-in-market services & best practices.
Criteria to meet:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of Client Account Servicing experience in an agency environment. Prior experience in healthcare communications will be an added advantage
- Independent, proactive, dedicated, responsible, passionate about healthcare
- Proven records of excellent client servicing records, both in business relationship and account servicing
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal & written English. Proficiency in a second Asian language will be an added advantage
