Customer Service Representative

Position level: Entry Level – Junior
Showroom based

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services including attending to and resolving customers’ enquiries.
  • Order processing.
  • Reports generation.
  • Any other tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any discipline
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of English, both written and oral
  • Experience in Customer Service is an added advantage
  • 5 days a week (Monday – Saturday)
