Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintains the company social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple
channels and customer touch points. - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Digital Strategy & Communications Management.
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience working with B2B audiences designing, implementing, and measuring digital marketing programs across: website design and content, social media, email marketing, web analytics, search engine marketing and measurement.
- Experience using search engine fundamentals for organic and paid search traffic, with proven experience reaching audiences through content strategies with measurable online success.
- Understand web analytics and key performance metrics and tie them back to the basics around website usability and content management.
- Experience using leading tools, techniques and best practices designed for online and mobile customer experiences.
- Experience in e-commerce and e-business is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Umbraco, Salesforce, Pardot. Front end development experiences a major bonus.
