Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution and optimization of online marketing efforts.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan, execute and manage the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Work with a performance-based agency to launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase brand and promotions awareness, and drive store traffic.
- Device creative digital campaigns to drive store visits.
- Provide analytics, insights and improvement actions for all digital channels such as social, website, email marketing and display ads.
- Plan and run CRM campaigns based on segmentation and target offerings, map out the customer journey and organise communications including emails, completing with analyse of campaign results, and put forward recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Advertising/Media/Marketing/Language or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-4 years working experience with a proven record in digital marketing.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM, CRM management.
- Solid experience in creative content writing.
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills in English, BM and Mandarin preferred.
