Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Customer Internal

To sure accurate and timely report for management are provided those will help the country to take suitable decision.
Preparation of budget plan and support the country management in strategic decision
Implementation of guidelines ,policies IFRS need.
To ensure proper AR management and minimize bad debts provision.
Treasury management and reporting to RTC .
Manage foreign currency exposure.
To ensure compliance in business activities.
Liaise with internal auditors ,finance team management and development.
Manage the claim and legal matters.

Stakeholders -External

To manage the company’s relationship with the banks and manage foreign currency transaction etc.
To liaise with external auditors for statutory audit and timely submission of report to relevant authorities.
To prepare company tax computation in consultation with external consultants.
To liaise with the relavant local tax authorities to ensure accurate and timely income tax return and assessments.
To effectively manage vendors and suppliers.

People Management

To develop a high -performance services culture within the team
To develop & implement new idea to ease the life of the internal customer as well as external customers.
To manage the allocation of oppropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of team’s objectives and targets.
To identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled team

Requirements:

5-8 years experience in a senior finance positions for a medium sized services -type business in a MNC environment
2-3 years supervisory experience (Preferable)
Preferably candidate from Logistics background.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills, highly motivated and result oriented software skills (Word , Excel , PowerPoint ,etc)
Maintains effectiveness when confronted with new work situations or the uncertainty and ambiguity that come with change
Can counted on the keep commitments.
Complies with the intent of policies ,procedures and agreements.
