Head, Agency Training (Insurance)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure smooth operation of Academy’s Strategies and formulate plans toward achieving Company goals.
  • Plan, direct, control and manage the resources and setting training strategies, system, policies, and performance standards to meet department goal.
  • Provide high quality of training and supporting services to the sales force.
  • Constantly groom and develop successor and upgrade the skills and knowledge of all staff.
  • To manage training schedule for classroom training and webinars
  • Intensively introduce and promote hybrid learning methodology to all the sales force.
  • To strategically plan and monitor overall Academy’s budget and utilize to meet the company’s objective.
  • To manage and monitor the utilization of BSC Underperforming Agents’ training fund while appointing vendor and monitor the outcome of training.
  • To shortlist and engage suitable vendors for the development and procurement of training and eLearning contents while maintaining the quality of providers.
  • To manage and assess the design, development, and implementation of training programs of both faculties and ensure the outcome of training program is effective while meeting company’s objective.
  • Support agency development team, agency force and other business channels to achieve their business goals by analyzing their training needs and formulating appropriate strategy to address the needs.
  • To assist in the activation and retention of agents.
  • To drive Maturity Project
  • To take on ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
