Head of Agency Training

Salary up to : RM15,000

Location : Petaling Jaya.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure smooth operation of Academy’s Strategies and formulate plans toward achieving Company goals.
Plan, direct, control and manage the company resources and setting training strategies, system, policies, and performance standards to meet department goal.
Provide high quality of training and supporting services to the sales force.
Constantly groom and develop successor and upgrade the skills and knowledge of all staff.
To manage training schedule for classroom training and webinars
Intensively introduce and promote hybrid learning methodology to all the sales force.
To strategically plan and monitor overall Academy’s budget and utilize to meet the company’s objective.
To manage and monitor the utilization of BSC Underperforming Agents’ training fund while appointing vendor and monitor the outcome of training.
To shortlist and engage suitable vendors for the development and procurement of training and eLearning contents while maintaining the quality of providers
