Responsibilities

To responsible for overseeing all administrative functions.
To perform assigned duties and responsibilities by managing director.
Responsible for new business development
To ensure development and implementation of department KPI
To organizes regular staff meetings and builds environment in which employees
willingly produce maximum work.
To plans and assigns work to subordinates and monitors them time to time.
Monitor staff performance including performance reviews.
Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency.
Perform any other expressed or implied duties as and when required by the superior.
To develop new potential client, sub contractor and working parties

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in oil & gas, petrochemical industries.
Degree in management or 5 years working experience in managerial role.
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
Strong leadership, high analytical thinking and problem solving.
Language proficiency: English and BM.
