Responsibilities

  • To responsible for overseeing all administrative functions.
  • To perform assigned duties and responsibilities by managing director.
  • Responsible for new business development
  • To ensure development and implementation of department KPI
  • To organizes regular staff meetings and builds environment in which employees
  • willingly produce maximum work.
  • To plans and assigns work to subordinates and monitors them time to time.
  • Monitor staff performance including performance reviews.
  • Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency.
  • Perform any other expressed or implied duties as and when required by the superior.
  • To develop new potential client, sub contractor and working parties

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in oil & gas, petrochemical industries.
  • Degree in management or 5 years working experience in managerial role.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Strong leadership, high analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Language proficiency: English and BM.
