Salary: Pays up to RM 4000

Our client is one of the leading healthcare manufacturer companies in Malaysia. They have been in this industry for over 10 years in Malaysia. They worked with 600 brands across the country.

About your role:

Training and Development

  • To work closely with the Head of HR on all training plans and structure including onboarding, OJT, Career Development Plan, Succession Plan, and yearly training calendar.
  • To conduct a training needs analysis, assess gaps, and evaluate the effectiveness of a learning intervention.
  • Assists in developing efficient measuring tools to ensure all delivered programs are continuously followed.

Recruitment and Staffing

  • To assist in developing and implementing a recruiting structure including identifying the detailed criteria and requirements, selling/promoting vacancies through various channels/platforms, screening and selection, interviewing, and pre-boarding.
  • Becoming the Brand Ambassador of the company.
  • Providing general HR support to employees and assisting in all other areas in the HR department when necessary.
  • Responsible for the off-boarding process including exit questionnaire, and handover of company properties.

Industrial Relations and Engagement

  • Assist in ensuring company compliance with all existing governmental and labor laws.
  • To assist in ensuring all Human Resource Policies and Procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Assist in handling staff disciplinary misconduct investigation and grievance.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Keep records and ensure all annual leaves, MCs, medical claims, etc do not exceed the maximum limit.

Employee Performance Management

  • Assist in overseeing and managing the performance appraisal system. Compensation and Benefits
  • Assist in the benefits package structure planning and implementation.
  • Assist in handling the payroll of employees including government statutory contributions.
  • Perform express or implied duties required by superior or company.

Criteria to meet:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Learning and Development / HR Management/psychology.
  • 1-2 years in the HR Field, an advantage for those in the L&D field, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
