Position Level: Executive level
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, OT calculation and monthly payroll reports.
- Prepare monthly submission and payment of EPF, SOCSO, PCB and other salary deduction payments to regulatory bodies before due dates.
- Generate and distribute staff payslip.
- Checking on staff monthly attendance report and ensure all leave is applied in the system.
- Checking on staff claims.
- Update for monthly insurance addition/ deletion, claims management & submission.
- Follow up on employees’ confirmation, contract renewal and expiry.
- Prepare HR-related documents including letters and memos.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess strong knowledge in Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
