Location : Ipoh, Perak
Our client is a reputable manufacturer of consumer products in Malaysia, with a presence in the SEA countries.
This is an Export Sales Manager role, to take the lead in the exporting of products to the international market. Your role includes, but is not limited to:
- Managing existing & prospective clients in the market outside Malaysia
- Work closely with the Shipping department in the management of all shipment liaisons, including consolidating order requests, shipping schedule and planning, collection requests & follow up, and resolving all client queries
- Analyse the market potentials, Identify prospective markets and plan a market expansion strategy for the targeted regions/countries
- Perform costing, cost-benefits and needs, sales & status tracking & reporting to support business planning & decision making
- Perform market studies & survey customer’s feedback & market needs, to support product development
- Managing all sales events & exhibitions in Malaysia and abroad
- Perform continuous improvement through feedback from internal and external parties
