Job Responsibilities:
- Execute market research activities, measure customer satisfaction, conduct customer data analysis, review and identifying trends to provide insights and recommendations for business review.
- Lead CRM through analytical skills, devising actionable strategies from insights gathered and optimized all information generated to support business needs.
- Lead customers activation & retention program by implementing specific marketing strategies.
- Interact with key business functions as part of research and analysis of customer data.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and execution of research projects.
- Ensure successful planning, execution and tracking metrics of marketing campaigns in alignment with marketing priorities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Solid expertise in campaign execution, analysis and reporting.
- Experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative & quantitative research.
- Possess strong analytical skills and putting together data from multiple resources.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Strong project management skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in both written and oral English.
