MIS SENIOR EXECUTIVE

Location: Petaling Jaya, Damansara.

Salary up to RM5,500.00

Your role:
Supporting the company’s IT operations, network, equipment, and tools

Planning, implementing, managing, and supporting the IT functions to ensure smooth business operations
To deploy and support IT systems and services including commissioning, configuring, and diagnosing hardware and software issues to ensure systems are deployed and run smoothly.
Ensure required Security Standards are maintained and always followed
Monitor the system’s health conditions and provide support when necessary.
Ensure all deployment tasks are delivered based on the agreed timeline.
Collect, summarize, analyze, quantify information, and update management on all deployment activities.
Perform UAT, Pilot, and Production phase analyses as well as reporting.
Liaise and work with developer and vendor closely both internally and externally.
Work together with developer from planning stage and work according with the timeline for production rollout.
Work together with the developer to perform Pilot and UAT on the ground.

Requirement:

At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
Has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Electrical
Engineering/Computer Science or any equivalent
Skills: Window OS, Linux OS
Knowledge or experience in IT Support for iOS and Android platforms will be an
added advantage
