Job Description
- Assess and provide change impact for the development of product implementation plan.
- Work with Product implementation working team (PIWT) to identify, define and document Product set up and implementation requirements
- Participate in the Change Request development where product development is outsourced to vendor.
- Review and provide input to PIWT in preparing test script to ensure completeness to reduce post-production findings.
- Product set up in ISF within timeline as per implementation requirements.
- Participate in or Issue solving during UAT / Pre- and post-production activities. Root cause analysis and ensure technical solution meets the business requirements.
- Support post product launch activities of system implementation or defects rectification.
- Maintain product set up standards.
- Ensure adherence of guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Actuarial.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Life insurance product design or product development.
- Experience in using product configuration tool will be an advantage.
Candidate must have knowledge in Product system development and adequate understanding of life insurance business, products, pricing and processes
