Product Implementation Assistant Manager

Reports to Head Implementation.

Salary up to: RM8,000

Assess and provide change impact for the development of product implementation plan.
Work with Product implementation working team (PIWT) to identify, define and document Product set up and implementation requirements
Participate in the Change Request development where product development is outsourced to vendor.
Review and provide input to PIWT in preparing test script to ensure completeness to reduce post-production findings.
Product set up in ISF within timeline as per implementation requirements.
Participate in or Issue solving during UAT / Pre- and post-production activities. Root cause analysis and ensure technical solution meets the business requirements.
Support post product launch activities of system implementation or defects rectification.
Maintain product set up standards.
Ensure adherence of guidelines and policies.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Actuarial.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Life insurance product design or product development.
Experience in using product configuration tool will be an advantage.

Candidate must have knowledge in Product system development and adequate understanding of life insurance business, products, pricing and processes
