Project Executive (Puchong)

Responsibilities

  • To work closely with Project Managers.
  • To develop and manage project plans and schedules, scopes of work.
  • To manage timeline, workflow & resources for all tasks received in IT/ software development.
  • To track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process.
  • To support the development and execution of strategies, goals, and objectives specific to project execution at each project phase.
  • To manage and address project conflicts, issues, risks, and expectations and ensure they are escalated or addressed in a timely manner.
  • To work closely with stakeholders to determine the best requirements, designs, and vision for the product.
  • To effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
  • To hold owners accountable for their commitments and conduct project team meetings.
  • Meeting various retail business owners and understand their business process.
  • Solving business-software problem together with business stakeholders.
  • Provide presentation, demonstration, and training on new functionalities of the product to customers.
  • Testing new functionalities of the software and feedback to development team.
  • Manage, advice and execute customer’s deployment process.
  • Documentation for all the stages (Initial, Plan, Execution, Control, Monitoring, Closing).
  • Monitor all projects and ensure achievement of all objectives, develop, and maintain professional relationship with clients, achieve business objectives with effective strategies.
  • Show routine operational achievements and progress to the stakeholders on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of action plans.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong understanding in Microsoft and Cloud Technologies and implementations.
  • Able to work independent with minimum supervision and positive mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, documentation, requirement analysis and presentation skills
  • A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work longer hours inclusive on weekdays and weekend
  • Self-initiative, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Good command in Bahasa Melayu AND English, both spoken and written
