RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

About your role:

  • Proactively researching about the clients, hiring managers, and the company to understand the hiring criteria for job assignments.
  • Organizing role briefs with clients and agreeing on the parameters for effective sourcing to obtain commitment.
  • Managing the assigned job requests, including writing & posting of job advertisements on the available platforms.
  • Responsible for the selection process from sourcing, interviewing and submission of qualified profiles to client.
  • Client Management –
  • Managing relationships stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
  • Scheduling and coordination for candidate interviews, as and when required.
  • Administrative support for job offer process including negotiations with selected candidates for hire.
  • Candidate Management –
  • Maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle with talent pool connected for assignments.
  • Staying engaged with successful hires on commencements and regularly throughout their tenure.
  • Mediating between candidates and clients for a win-win situation.
  • Building and maintaining relationships through professional communication with internal/external stakeholders, new and existing.
  • Keeping abreast with industry outlook and networking for commercial opportunities.
  • Strong team player, target oriented with accountability for personal and career development.
