Pays up to RM12,000 basic salary

Your role:
The leader of the restaurant, to lead and manage the restaurant’s day-to-day operation and its P&L.
- Work closely with the Group HR in the planning and recruitment the restaurant staffs
- Overseeing food quality, menu development and updating
- Manage regular/superior guests/corporate events
- Manage and lead departmental supervisors and managers to ensure high-level performance and smooth restaurant operation
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Monitor and recommend corrective actions and process improvement plans
- Implement or recommend innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
- Work closely with the group’s multi-departments to roll out programs and events in the restaurant
Requirement:
- At least 3-5 years’ of premium/concept dining restaurant operations experience at a restaurant leader capacity
- Proven leadership skills and people management skills
- Excellent Customer Service management skills
- Extensive food and wine knowledge will be an added advantage
- Experience in managing finance and P&L of restaurants
- Experience in vendor and supplier management
