My client is looking for an experienced and high-energy Sales Director to take lead of all sales & marketing operations for the group.
Scope of work:
- Define and plan a sales strategy that will accelerate sales growth
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales KPIs for the company & the sales team
- Create and communicate sales goals and progress to the business stakeholders
- Effectively communicate the company’s values, process and current partnerships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients’ stakeholders at the mid to high-management level
- Outreach to potential & targeted markets to create brand awareness
- Define and develop operational requirements by scheduling and assigning sales employees to respective territories
- Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
- Overseeing all branding & communication planning & execution
- Work collaboratively with all internal and external teams on all branding & communication activities, to ensure achieving desirable brand awareness in the market
Requirements:
- Min. 3-5 years in the media/advertising industry
- Min. 7-10 years’ experience in sales management, with 2-3 years experience as a sales leader/senior manager/head of sales department
- Experience in Merchant Acquisition in an eCommerce environment will be an added advantage
