Salary: RM2,500/month + Statutory

About our client:
An International Freight Forwarding company is seeking for additional support in the Ocean Import Operation team.
About your role:
- Prepare documents for custom clearance process. Manage document submission to the logistic partners
- Check incoming shipment from the cargo list and sort Notice of Arrival (NOA) from the carrier/co-loader before the arrival
- Prepare NOA and shipment invoices to the customers
- Arrange payment to the carrier/co-loader and submit payment request to the Accounts Department
- Arrange and monitor cargo delivery with the logistics unit and ensure timely delivery to the client’s destination
- Update the information and Global Order Procession on the company’s system on daily basis
- Attend to ad-hoc assignments assigned by immediate superior or mentor
Criteria to meet:
- Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree in supply chain/logistics or relevant field
- Minimum 3 months to 1 year of working experience sea freight import operations department.
- Basic understanding of Logistic Import terms, custom clearance requirements.
- Competencies Required: Computer Skills, Preparing Document & Submission, Process-oriented, Time Management
- Language proficiency: Verbal & Written English
- Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision.
