Teams Development & Management
- Develop and manage Trainers with care and respect
- Trainers grooming in terms of personalities, knowledge, skillset, and create healthy competition environment
- Ensure Trainer’s capabilities before sent out for training
- Ensure Trainers attend training and enhance knowledge throughout
- Encourage and promote positive and healthy working culture .
- Fair treatment to be given to each of the trainers e.g.: in terms of guidance, learning, coaching, enhancement, etc.
Program Design and Development
- Practices using up-to-date statistics; conduct focus group sessions by analyzing their gap through TNA.
- Identify training needed for different segmentation and ensure growth in terms of production and number of new recruits after each training is conducted.
- Designs and develops training program, training material, script, workbook, facilitator’s manual tracks and monitors training outcome.
- Plans and rolls out new training programs align with company direction and objective.
- Prepare agency planning related program and conduct review minimum twice a year to achieve optimum result.
- Improves existing programs with changing business needs.
- Discuss and collaborate with Head department before and after design of module and obtain prior approval to proceed with the program.
- Ensure all the trainers are given TTT before the module is rolled out.
Training & Quality Assurance
- Plans and deploys training calendar (EYE) — for weekly webinars and monthly classroom training beforehand and communicate the training plotted to all the trainers
- Manages and administers training shared folder and ensure all the updated training module is up to date with obtain approval from each stakeholder
- Manages and administers all leadership related program and increase the skillset.
- Responsible to strategically plan & achieve the completion rate of eLearning for CPD purpose and Mandatory eLearning together with ATD team.
- Responsible to have 100% completion rate of UM & CAM mandatory training
- Manages and administers BSC training conducts online and classroom training sessions and work with Head of MLA to provide data as at requested on all the BSC related matter – collaboration with ATD
- Promotes blended learning methodology
- Responsible to digitalize our training from time to time to align with overall company direction
- Provide active support e.g.: coaching, action planning & follow-up after training to ensure learning application, knowledge retention and support the generation of new prospect leads.
- Ensure all the SOPs of training is updated on timely basis and assist in audit as at when it is needed
- Carries out Train-The-Trainer Session
- Compiles post training evaluation and feedback
- Supports agency force on agency management and provide guidance as at when it is necessarily required
Strategic Planning and Projects
- Supports the execution of business projects, maintains project documentation and communications
- Supports digital transformation project and its implementation and collaborates with all the faculty / team internally and overall division
- Reports and updates on each program
- Assist in preparation of management reports, meeting slides, and provide data accordingly as required by superior
- Carries out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior/ management from time to time
