Senior Executive, System Deployment

Responsibilities:

To deploy and support IT systems and services including commissioning, configuring, and diagnosing hardware and software issues to ensure systems are deployed and run smoothly.
Ensure required Security Standards are maintained and always followed • Monitor system’s health conditions and provide support when necessary.
Ensure all deployment tasks are delivered based on the agreed timeline.
Collect, summarize, analyze, quantify information and update management on all deployment activities.
Perform UAT, Pilot, and Production phase analyses as well as reporting.
Liaise and work with developer and vendor closely both internally and externally.
Work together with a developer from the planning stage and work according to the timeline for production rollout.
Work together with the developer to perform Pilot and UAT on the ground.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of experience in system deployment (Must have requirement)
Experience in IT Support for Windows OS and Linux OS platforms (Must have requirement)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Requirements:
Experience in IT Support for IOS and Android will be an added advantage
Experience in the Retail or Cinema industry will be an added advantage.
Able to multi-task on daily operational responsibilities in deadline-driven environment
