Salary up to : RM 4,500.00
Responsibility:
1)Training & Quality Assurance
- Prepares and deploys weekly webinar training calendars.
- Conducts online and classroom training sessions.
- Promotes blended learning methodology.
- Carries out Train-The-Trainer Session.
- Compiles post training evaluation and feedback.
2)Program Design and Development
- Identifies and analyses agency training needs in alignment with business goal direction.
- Implements best practices using up-to-date statistics; conduct focus group sessions.
- Designs and develops training program, training material, script, workbook, facilitator’s manual.
- Tracks and monitors training outcome.
- Plans and rolls out new training programs.
- Improves existing programs with changing business needs
3)Strategic Planning and Projects
- Uploads training contents to eLearning platform.
- Assists to administer eLearning portal.
- Supports the execution of business projects, maintains project documentation and communications.
- Supports digital transformation project and its implementation.
- Carries out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior/ management from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline minimum 3 years’ experience as trainer in insurance industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective people management
- Strong presentation skills with passion for developing others
- An open mind to keep learning and developing skills and knowledge
