Senior Mobile Developer – Java – Six Degree Consulting

Our client is a Telco company with a business presence in the SEA. You will be part of the Tech Team of a “Super App” development.

Job Responsibilities:

Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
Fixing bugs and performance problems
Writing clean, readable, and testable code
Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions

Skills needed:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Min. 4 years of experience in Android project development (completed project cycles).
Proficient in Kotlin and/or Java
Hands-on experience in publishing Android apps to Google Play Store.
Solid understanding of full mobile development life cycle and ecosystem.
Intermediate experience with Foundation Framework, popular third party library and API.
Intermediate experience with REST and JSON.
Knowledge of Push Notification Service, Firebase, and HMS Core SDK will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in Hybrid mobile app development by using Ionic, Angular, React, and Cordova is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a group and under minimal supervision.
Knowledge of the telco industry will be an added advantage
